Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, sales-driven individuals to join our fitness studio as Sales
Associates. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, fitness-minded, and thrives in a customer
service and commission-based environment.
Responsibilities
Sell new memberships and support membership retention
Generate and follow up on leads
Conduct inside and outside sales efforts
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
Perform studio tours
Conduct follow-ups through email and phone
Assist with retail product sales
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
Requirements
Commission sales experience with proven closing ability (Required)
Strong customer service skills (Required)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
Health & fitness-oriented mindset (Required)
High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
Ability to meet weekly/monthly quotas
Outgoing and quick learner
Gym experience (Preferred)
