Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at our Odessa, TX location. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff performance. Key responsibilities include driving membership sales, meeting operational performance targets, implementing strategic goals, leading and mentoring the team, maintaining facilities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to make data-driven decisions to support the growth and success of the club.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Experience in sales, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and member retention strategies
- Proficiency in operational management, financial planning, and performance analysis
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary
