Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
- Conduct fitness assessments, body composition evaluations, and goal-setting sessions with new clients
- Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support to personal training clients
- Actively engage gym floor members to promote personal training services and drive new client acquisition
- Ensure safe and proper exercise technique through hands-on coaching and cueing
- Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and session scheduling
- Uphold gym cleanliness, equipment safety, and a welcoming member experience
- Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition fundamentals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Ability to build and retain a personal training client base
- Energetic, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness
