Role Description
This is an on-site role based in Portsmouth, NH, for a Certified Personal Trainer. As a Personal Trainer, you will conduct one-on-one sessions tailored to clients' fitness goals. Regular responsibilities include creating customized fitness programs, guiding clients through safe and effective workouts, teaching proper form, and providing encouragement to help clients remain motivated and committed. Additionally, collaboration with clients on nutrition guidance and offering expert advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to design and implement customized fitness programs.
- Skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching for dynamic and engaging sessions.
- Knowledge of Nutrition to support clients in achieving overall health and wellness goals alongside fitness routines.
- Passion for client success, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, motivational attitude.
- Relevant certifications such as NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent credentials in personal training or related fields.
- Previous experience in personal training or fitness instruction is preferred but not required.
- CPR/AED certification is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients’ schedules.
