Your expertise will ensure that each piece of equipment is assembled correctly, safely, and efficiently, providing our customers with a seamless fitness experience. Responsibilities
- Install and assemble a wide range of fitness equipment according to technical specifications and schematics
- Conduct electrical diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve wiring or power issues during installation or maintenance
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and setup of equipment components
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on fitness machines to ensure optimal functionality
- Use tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices to test electrical circuits and verify proper operation
- Collaborate with clients to ensure proper placement, safety, and user instructions for equipment use
- Document all installation procedures, maintenance activities, and repairs accurately in company records
Requirements
- Proven experience with electrical diagnostics and mechanical knowledge related to fitness or heavy equipment mechanics
- Strong understanding of schematics, technical drawings, and interpreting complex diagrams
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in a technical environment
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively
- Familiarity with technical proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and mechanical components
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail during installation and repair processes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments requiring physical activity and precision
