What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Sales position at Fitness Quest?

Job Duties:
- Recruit and retain new members
- Gain referrals from every new member
- Engage and book 1st/2nd/reprogramming workouts with our members during floor hours to achieve booking minimums per company standards
- Attain membership sales quota
- Market/prospect outside of the club to build book of business
- Track leads and appointments by utilizing company CRM attaining a minimum of company standard 10/5/3 rule.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to all members and guests
- Promote, recruit and retain members and attend events delegated by Fitness Manager / GM
- Achieve monthly membership goals given by Club Manager
- Achieve an average of 80% booking new members for their 1st and 2nd workouts within their first 30 days
- Assume other duties as assigned
- Attend all meetings/training required
Required Experience, Education & Certifications
- 1 year fitness industry / customer service experience preferred
- Certification in infant, child and adult CPR/AED

Pay: $35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
