What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deliver and Installation Technician position at Fitness Pro?

We need someone who is team oriented, a good communicator and who can wear many hats. We need someone who can assist with delivery and installation of fitness equipment. You will also be responsible for computer entry of warranty claims and service calls.
We are looking for a driven person to help with grow the business. In addition the ultimate candidate will also be proficient with computers, as you will also be responsible for computer entry of warranty claims and service calls. You must be able to provide outstanding customer service. In addition, the ultimate candidate will be a good communicator with customer service skills.
You must be a self starter who can work with minimal direction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives while taking accountability for work product.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability to safely lift, move or slide up to 100 lbs.
