Responsibilities
Greet and check in members and guests
Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
Assist with membership sales, upgrades, freezes, and cancellations
Promote gym programs, classes, and services
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
Customer service experience required
