About the Role:
Crunch Fitness in York, PA is looking for a passionate and motivated Full Time Personal Trainer to join our energetic team! Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
- Build and maintain a strong client base through floor engagement and member outreach
- Educate members on proper exercise technique, form, and injury prevention
- Meet and exceed personal training session and revenue goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment on the gym floor
- Stay current on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education
Requirements:
- Current accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) required
- CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
- 1 year of personal training or coaching experience preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to generate and retain a personal training clientele
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
