Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
- Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude in keeping with the company's Core Values of Friendliness, Superior Service, Integrity, Safety, and Improvement
- Respond to the member's concerns, suggestions and requests
- Keep all areas of the club safe, clean and orderly at all times
- Report all safety concerns, broken equipment and member concerns to your manager
- You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Sort, launder, fold linens and towels
- Sweep, scrub and sanitize all areas of the facility
- Vacuum all carpeting
- Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, sills, and water fountains
- Empty wastebaskets and dust furniture
- Transport trash and waste to disposal
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Replace light bulbs
- Attend scheduled staff meetings
