What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff/Front Desk position at Fitness Evolution?
Fitness Evolution Laurel is hiring a Front Desk/Staff at Laurel location. The responsibilities for the position are:
- Welcome members and guests upon arrival to the gym, by helping them swiping their membership card or by cellphone number
- Ensure all guests to the gym fully complete a Guest Registration Waiver and pay any applicable Guest Fees
- Provide information regarding gym programming
- Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and retain guests for repeat business
- Process payments
- Perform opening and/or closing duties, as required
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Maintain the cleanliness of the gym by doing hourly checks
- Fill paper wipes in the dispensers
- Stock the fridge with drinks/ marketing campaign displays
- Communicate timely and follow up, as appropriate
- Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information
- Flexibility in work schedule, as the job may require day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays
