Position Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of refurbished gym equipment through both inbound and outbound efforts. This is a hybrid role, with a schedule consisting of 20 hours per week in the office and 20 hours working remotely. You’ll work directly with prospects and clients to understand their needs, provide equipment recommendations, and close deals.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and has a passion for fitness or gym culture. Experience with basic marketing and ad setup is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell refurbished gym equipment to gyms, personal trainers, and individual clients
- Generate new leads and manage existing customer relationships
- Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Provide accurate product details and recommendations based on client needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory and logistics updates
- (Optional but preferred) Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (fitness or equipment sales is a bonus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Availability to work 20 hours in-office and 20 hours remotely each week
- Basic knowledge of online advertising and marketing tools (preferred, not required)
