Qualifications:What You’ll Do:
· Lead from the front. You're the face of the club, setting the pace, driving the culture, and leading by example — especially when it comes to sales.
· Coach your team. You'll guide and develop your Sales Manager and Operations Manager, who each lead their own teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.
· Own the sales floor. Whether it’s generating leads, closing memberships, or boosting revenue, you’re actively involved and visibly engaged.
· Keep the club running strong. From cleanliness and staffing to scheduling and service — you’ll be hands-on with day-to-day operations and accountability.
· Grow people and performance. Your job isn’t just to hit the numbers — it’s to build a team that wants to hit them, and knows how.
