Role Description
As a Personal Trainer at Fitness Collective, you’ll be responsible for delivering a premium member experience through (1) individualized training programs tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and any injuries or limitations, and (2) assisting with calls, emails, scheduling, and more.

Qualifications
- Must be passionate about fitness and have a strong desire to help others.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with people of all ages and personality styles.
- Desire to encourage, coach, and personally relate to a wide array of clients.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must have access to a computer or laptop.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays (we are closed on Sunday).
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, is detail-oriented, and has the ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work with a close-knit team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Personal training certification not required upon hire, but must be obtained within first six months of employment.
- Timeliness and dependability.
