Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $33,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Shift: Flexible – Day/Evening shifts – Some weekend availability
Experience: Strong sales & customer service

Responsibilities:
- Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
- Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they enter and exit the club.
- Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner.
- Communicate special events to members and guests.
- Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome.
- Generate leads/new business through member promotions, leads, referrals, social media, guest passes, and prospecting.
- Manage and follow-up on 100% of Leads, referrals, Missed Guests, and any other opportunities.
- Sell retail products.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
- Rerack weights
- General gym accident cleanups.
