What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Watch Staff position at Fitness Business Solutions?
Result Statement:
Fit Body Boot Camp Child watch Staff agrees to provide supervision and care for children in the designated childcare area of the gym during scheduled hours. This includes maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment, interacting with children in a positive and age-appropriate manner, and following all check-in and check-out procedures set by the gym. You are expected to communicate clearly and professionally with parents regarding their child's experience and report any incidents or concerns to gym management promptly.
Parents will be participating in a 30 minute boot camp session. You will be watching children in 30 minute increments.
In addition to childcare duties, You will assist with basic cleaning tasks around the facility after childcare services are completed. These tasks may include wiping down gym equipment and surfaces, cleaning mirrors, bathrooms, and floors, taking out trash and recycling, restocking supplies, and notifying management of any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Description of Position & Accountability:
Ensuring the safety of the children that are in your care including monitoring play activities and creating a safe environment.
Maintaining a clean and safe play environment. This includes; keeping the childcare facility tidy, disinfecting toys, and ensuring the environment is free of hazards.
Performing general administrative tasks. This may include taking attendance, communicating with parents, and responding to messages within 24 hours.
Following the cleaning checklist post shift.
