We're currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable Front Desk Sales Associates to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Tour and sell memberships to potential walk ins
- Cultivate and close potential leads
- Greet members and guests warmly as they enter and exit the club.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions about membership options, services, and policies.
- Conduct gym tours and assist with new member sign-ups.
- Register guests and manage check-ins using our member management system.
- Handle phone inquiries and follow scripts to deliver consistent messaging.
- Promote club programs, events, and retail products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor member accounts and resolve outstanding issues.
- Re-rack weights and ensure gym cleanliness during routine walkthroughs.
- Attend local marketing events and assist with outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable using computers, databases, and POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with equipment maintenance.
