Responsibilities
- Deeply understand our customer base, what brings them to our platform and what drives retention among cohorts.
- Lead and refine customer cohort analysis.
- Work closely with Operations to understand current customer pain points and implement initiatives to increase
- Lead customer engagement end to end (newsletter, journal and other content).
- Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities,
- Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth.
- You have an Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management.
- You have Growth / Marketing / Customer Engagement experience. You are good with numbers.
- You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided).
- You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement).
- You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry.
