Fitmate Coach currently provides motivational coaches to help people stick to their health plans, starting with weight loss. Our unique solution tackles people’s main problem of staying consistent, by combining human coaches (on tasks that can’t be automated) alongside generative AI, to make sure the service is affordable, scalable and available truly on demand. Join us at an exciting time as we scale up our client base with partnerships in the medical and health space. Working closely with the founder and industry experts, your responsibilities will include:

• Drive Email & Outreach Growth Marketing: Lead our outbound lead generation efforts. You’ll design, execute, and iterate on SDR-style email campaigns to engage potential partners and targeted consumer audiences, including direct phone outreach where optimal.
• Manage Organic Channels & Content Strategy: Curate and publish compelling content across social media and lifecycle marketing that educates, inspires, and converts—while strengthening Fitmate’s authentic voice. You’ll also help craft thought leadership pieces that highlight our unique point of view, drawing on insights from our coaching data to tell powerful, credible stories that resonate with both consumers and partners.
