FitLife Fitness, Aquatics & Physical Therapy, established in 2002, is a Physical Therapist-owned center located in the Mt. Airy/Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia. The facility combines state-licensed and Medicare-certified physical therapy services with a fully equipped fitness and aquatic center. With a focus on individualized care, the team of licensed physical therapists and exercise physiologists provides hands-on treatment both on land and in water. The center boasts a heated indoor pool, a variety of group exercise programs, and state-of-the-art gym equipment for members of all fitness levels. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ambler, PA for a qualified candidate at FitLife Fitness, Aquatics & Physical Therapy. Responsibilities include assisting with fitness center operations, engaging with clients, maintaining equipment, and supporting physical therapists during patient treatments. The role also involves ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating group fitness or aquatic therapy sessions as appropriate.

• Experience in physical therapy, fitness, or rehabilitation services, including familiarity with exercise equipment and therapy programs.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to support and engage with clients effectively.
• Ability to assist in group exercise instruction or aquatic therapy sessions, and adapt to individuals' fitness levels.
• Basic knowledge of health, wellness, and injury prevention principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
