Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to support our customer engagement and sales initiatives. This role involves direct customer interaction, representing client brands, and contributing to overall sales performance through strong communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a positive brand experience with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Provide in-person customer support and address questions or concerns effectively
• Assist with sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the interaction
• Track sales activity and contribute to meeting team performance goals
• Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve sales and marketing strategies
