Front Desk Associate – Multiple Locations
FitCo Health Clubs – Warner Robins, Macon, Perry, and Bonaire
FitCo Health Clubs is hiring dependable, friendly, and motivated Front Desk Associates for our locations in Warner Robins, Macon, Perry, and Bonaire.
Our Front Desk Associates are responsible for creating a welcoming member experience, supporting membership sales, maintaining a clean facility, and assisting with daily club operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members and guests
- Answer phones and respond to membership questions
- Conduct facility tours and explain membership options
- Assist with membership sales, upgrades, and account updates
- Maintain accurate member contact, payment, photo, and insurance information
- Complete assigned cleaning, restocking, and facility walkthroughs
- Keep the front desk and surrounding areas clean and professional
- Complete opening, closing, and shift checklists
- Follow all company policies and management instructions
- Escalate member concerns when needed

This is an active position that includes customer service, sales, cleaning, organizing, and walking throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, clean, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
