Talent Acquisition Coordinator- Temp to Perm- Entry level only
Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based out of our New York office. This role offers the opportunity to join our Human Resources team, supporting the North America and Latin America Recruitment teams within the Ratings business. This position is ideal for recent college graduates looking to embark on a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

We’ll Count on You To:
· Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams.
· Support early talent recruitment initiatives, contributing to the growth of our programs.
· Assist with administrative tasks, such as reporting in Excel and administering candidate assessments.
· Work closely with a global team and contribute to the recruitment process in North and Latin America.
What You Need to Have:
· A Bachelor’s degree
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
· Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent communication abilities and a personable demeanor.

· Previous internship or administrative work experience, ideally within a professional setting.
· A demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition and a desire to grow within this field.
