Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator based in Fairport, NY. The Social Media Coordinator will manage daily activities and strategies across multiple social media platforms to promote the Fitch Construction brand and services. Responsibilities include content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The coordinator will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging while exploring new trends to improve online presence and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Social media management knowledge, including proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and others
- Content creation expertise, including the ability to write copy, generate images, and utilize tools for designing engaging posts
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring social media performance metrics and generating reports
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in photography, video editing, or graphic design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
