What your day looks like:
Generate leads inside and outside the club (approximately 4-12 per day).
Contact members with a minimum of 40 calls and 60 texts each day.
Conduct tours when available to sell memberships. Describing the gym equipment and services that match their needs.
Visit the business with the membership team with an average of 1 hour of outside marketing daily.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the G.M. with developing future talent to build a high-performing team.
- Develops and trains fitness consultants to excel in their roles.
- Consistently recognizes and rewards outstanding performance to foster motivation and engagement.
- Provides targeted coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team competency and growth.
- Upholds consistent, fair, and effective people practices, taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Drives consistent achievement or surpassing of performance targets across all club areas.
- Delivers ongoing follow-up and actionable feedback on initiatives, systems, and programs to assist hourly teammates.
- Collaborates with the General and Fitness managers to diagnose challenges, develop strategic plans, and implement solutions.
- Serves as a subject matter expert, leading by example to inspire and drive team performance as needed.
