We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Facility Cleaner / Maintenance Team Member to keep our facilities spotless and well-maintained. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in your work, this is the perfect opportunity to join our enthusiastic team!
We are hiring for one shift:
- Evening Shift: Approximately 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM M-F
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the gym and spa areas
- Wipe down and sanitize gym equipment, mirrors, counters, and fixtures
- Clean and maintain the spa area, including removing excess water, wiping surfaces, and ensuring Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge areas are tidy and hygienic
- Restock supplies (towels, cleaning products, toiletries) as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Perform general cleaning of restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment needs to management
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Availability for the specified shift times (flexibility for weekends/holidays is a bonus)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
