What You’ll Do:
- Assess clients’ fitness levels, goals, and limitations every 4-8 weeks, documenting progress and designing safe, personalized workout plans.
- Educate and guide members on equipment, proper form, and realistic fitness expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized gym by re-racking weights and monitoring the facility.
- Promote approved services, supplements, and vendors while adhering to company policies.
- Attend training meetings and track sessions for payroll.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in health/fitness preferred).
- Current accredited personal training certification or degree in physical therapy, athletic training, or related field.
- Current CPR certification.
Experience:
- Proven ability to design and implement fitness programs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Skills & Traits:
- High professionalism, honesty, and work ethic.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, run, lift, bend, squat, and demonstrate exercises.
- Lift and rack weights up to 75 lbs and spot clients for safety.
