Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for various Retail Positions at one of several Florida locations. Team members will engage directly with customers, provide expert product knowledge, assist in the fitting process, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining the sales floor, stocking inventory, attending to cash register operations, and supporting customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Skills in Retail Sales and a strong understanding of Product Knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and an ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to engage with diverse customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in the fitness, active lifestyle, or retail sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education is a plus
- Passion for fitness, running, or customer engagement preferred
