The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, and in-store channels while ensuring consistency with Fit2Run’s brand identity and value proposition. This role serves as a key connector across teams, driving alignment, managing timelines, and ensuring marketing programs launch smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to established brand guidelines and consistently communicate Fit2Run’s unique value proposition
- Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity across all consumer touchpoints
- Act as a brand steward, safeguarding consistency and quality across campaigns, channels, and assets
- In collaboration with senior leadership, assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels
- Manage campaign timelines, milestones, and launch readiness, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks
- Oversee content strategy and execution across organic and paid social, email, SMS, video, and animation
- Coordinate and facilitate marketing goals across multiple internal teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Build strong, ongoing working relationships across departments to educate stakeholders on campaign objectives, timing, and status
- Work cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, retail, and external partners to develop compelling creative assets, ad copy, and landing page experiences aligned with the campaign calendar
- Provide direction and oversight for executional marketing workflows, ensuring clarity of ownership and accountability
- Review and approve content and campaigns to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Monitor campaign performance and execution effectiveness, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement
Support reporting efforts to evaluate campaign success against business and brand objectives
