Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
- Is an LPC-Associate or LMSW actively working toward full licensure
- Is available to provide consistent in-person counseling at one of our San Antonio locations.
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their work.
- Builds strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining high clinical standards.
- Communicates professionally and follows through on commitments.
- Welcomes feedback, supervision, and continued professional growth.
- Values health, wellness, and a whole-person approach to care.
- Contributes positively to a collaborative and accountable team culture.
What Success Looks Like Here
Our therapists are expected to:
- Show up prepared and provide a consistent client experience.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Communicate proactively with clients and the team.
- Work independently while also participating in a collaborative practice environment.
- Be adaptable, solution-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
- Take an active role in building and maintaining a strong caseload.
