The Role

As a Gut Health Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals towards healthier lifestyles and improved well-being. You’ll leverage your expertise in health coaching, nutrition, and physiology to create personalized care plans that empower clients to achieve their health goals. Your passion for wellness and your ability to connect with clients will inspire them to make lasting changes. Join us in making a difference in the lives of others!

What you’ll do

Client Care & Coaching

• Interpret functional tests (GI-MAP, DUTCH, and others) with confidence and compassion
• Create personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plans that target root causes
• Provide ongoing 1:1 and group coaching, helping clients stay accountable and empowered
• Collaborate closely with our small, passionate team to deliver exceptional client experiences

Clinic Growth & Community Engagement

• Create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that educates and inspires
• Co-host live or virtual events, workshops, and webinars
• Write newsletters, articles, and blog posts on topics like gut health, hormones, mindset, and healthy aging
• Network in the community and help attract new clients who align with our mission
• Contribute creative ideas to help grow our reach, reputation, and impact

Basic qualifications

• Training and experience in functional nutrition, integrative health, or functional medicine coaching
• Experience interpreting GI-MAP and DUTCH tests (or eagerness to master them quickly)
• A warm, empathetic communication style — you actually care, and clients can feel it
• Comfort being visible — you enjoy sharing knowledge, teaching, and connecting online and in person
• Strong writing skills and creative flair for social media and education
• Self-motivated, dependable, and excited to help a small business grow
• Experience with content creation, Canva, or basic marketing tools
