Fit Life in Balance LLC is currently working with a client in the Wilmington / Burgaw, NC area who is looking to bring on a strong Administrative Operations Coordinator to support a business owner across multiple entities.
This is a high-trust, in-office role focused on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly—ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Operations Manager who oversees strategy, priorities, and key initiatives, while this role owns execution, organization, and follow-through across day-to-day operations.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Bill pay, QuickBooks, and financial tracking
- Managing LLC records, contracts, and compliance deadlines
- Coordinating with attorneys, accountants, and vendors
- Organizing documents and maintaining clean systems
- Supporting project tracking and administrative workflows
- Acting as a reliable on-site point of contact when needed

Location: Burgaw / Wilmington, NC (in-office)
Part-time to full-time structure
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
