Position Qualifications: Seeking energetic, motivated, training professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for the health/fitness business. Must be CPR/AED certified and have a nationally recognized (CSCS a plus, but not required), current certificate in personal training and/or college degree in exercise science, sports nutrition, physical education, or another related field, etc. Strong work ethic. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to adjust and manage various client profiles. Fitness Coaches are responsible for coaching, training, and delivering a positive client experience. Position Responsibilities: · Coach in a semi-private training environment leading 1-8 clients through a pre-programmed workout each hour. · Coach in a large group environment leading 15+ members through 3-5 bootcamp style workouts weekly. · Coach clients through mobility, stretching, and SMR workshops. · Write 1-2 educational blog articles each month.
