Content Production Internship | Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with our celebiry founder, Sheryl Grant (www.instagram.com/sherylgrant), our Marketing Director and other team members to create compelling content for various social media platforms. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and trend research.
INTERNSHIP TERM: 3 Months from start date
Key Responsibilities
Managing Content Shooting Schedule:
- Coordinate and manage the shooting schedule for in-home and/or on-location content production. (1-2 shooting days per week)
- Shooting Content (Using iPhone)
- Capture engaging content in various categories such as fitness, nutrition, motivation, fashion, lifestyle, events, and Q&A sessions, as outlined by the CEO.
Content Production Goal(s):
- Record with Sheryl 1-2 days per week
- Edit 2-3 videos per week (1 min 30 secs max per video).
Video Type 1 - Q&A: Vogue Q&A style life check-in featuring Sheryl, talking about recent life experiences and life lessons that sheryl has learned so far on her journey. (mental health focused, 3 standardized questions max)
Video Length: Approx. 1 minute
Video Type 2 - Workout Highlight: Creative B-roll of Sheryl’s Ms. Olympia workout
Video Length: Approx. 30 seconds
Video Type 3 - Lifestyle: Footage of Sheryl's holistic lifestyle, including fashion, beauty, travel, nutrition and more!
Average Video Length: Approx. 1 minute
Collaboration and Research:
- Work directly with the marketing team to research social media trends within our niche and brainstorm creative content concepts.
- Collaborate with team members to understand content production needs and ensure assets are organized for editing and publishing.
- Assist in the editing of simple short-form content and ensure production timelines are met.
Communication and Liaison:
- Regularly liaise with the marketing team to ensure awareness of all relevant content production dates.
- Coordinate with Sheryl to ensure she is prepared for all content shoots by sending scripts and confirming receipt.
Qualifications
- A creative individual with a good eye for visual content and a strong understanding of social media trends.
- Proficient in using an iPhone for content creation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and take direction from senior staff.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with platforms like iCloud Folder or Google Drive for content organization is a plus.
- Prior experience in content creation or social media management is preferred but not required.
