Requirements:What You’ll Do:

- Hire, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing team.

- Partner with department heads to hit performance goals and maintain a clean, energetic, and welcoming facility.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of management experience (fitness or hospitality preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to hit goals and lead teams to success.
- Passion for fitness and a “Whatever It Takes” mindset.
- Tech-savvy with solid organizational skills.
