Fit Factory is looking for a Personal Trainer with Part-time or Full-time availability in the afternoon/evening. An ideal candidate should have plenty experience working 1-on-1 with clients in a health club atmosphere.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform 30 and/or 60 minute Personal Training sessions with members using functional training as a base model for member exercise plans.
- Implement a comprehensive exercise plan for each client.
- Establish and maintain communication with clients to ensure client retention is high and client results are high.
- Must be available and maintain working during peak times (ex. Morning and Evening)
- Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with functional training
EXPERIENCE:
- 6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred
- Current Personal Training Certification or related degree(s)
- Minimum 1-2 recent work references
- Compensation:
- Competitive Hourly rate based on experience and skills
Salary : $18 - $40
