We are seeking a highly organized and professional Client Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents to ensure data integrity
- Support front desk operations including greeting visitors and managing office supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing client files, and supporting office management activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and proofreading capabilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
