Position Overview
We are seeking a Pilates Instructor who is also passionate about strength training to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who leads with strong fundamentals in Pilates while bringing curiosity and enthusiasm for strength-based training. You will work across private sessions and small group classes, delivering a thoughtful, high-level client experience that aligns with our method.
The right candidate is confident coaching Pilates, open to integrating strength principles, and excited to be part of a collaborative, evolving environment.
Preference given to applicants with availability in the early morning (5:00 a.m. and on), evenings (5:00 p.m. and on), and Saturday mornings/early afternoons.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat,Reformer, and/or Apparatus)
- Strong coaching presence and clear communication
- Ability to work with all levels (beginner advanced)
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback
- Passion for movement quality, alignment, and client experience
- Interest in strength training and integrating it into programming
Preferred
- Experience or certification in strength training or personal training
- Understanding of progressive overload and program design
- Strong grasp of biomechanics and injury considerations
- Experience coaching both private sessions and small groups
Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality Pilates sessions (private and small group) tailored to individual client needs
- Integrate strength training principles where appropriate within sessions and programming
- Deliver a consistent, elevated client experience rooted in alignment, intention, and results
- Coach with attention to detail, ensuring safe and effective movement execution
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment
- Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and studio standards at all times
- Collaborate with the team to support a cohesive client experience across offerings
- Continue developing skills through ongoing education and internal training
