Production Chef

We're looking for a Production Chef to join our kitchen team and play a key role in preparing, portioning, and assembling meals in a high-volume, organized production environment.

This is a hands-on cooking role focused on execution, quality, and teamwork. If you enjoy structured workflows, batch cooking, and being part of something growing fast — you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute batch cooking of proteins, sides, and components according to recipes and standards
• Work efficiently at assigned production stations (prep, cook, portion, or assembly)
• Maintain consistency in portioning, flavor, and presentation across large volumes
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Communicate with teammates to keep production moving smoothly
• Support overall kitchen flow during busy production days (Thursday–Sunday)
• Take pride in quality — every meal matters

What We're Looking For

• Prior kitchen or food service experience (meal prep or high-volume experience is a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Team-first attitude — reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Ability to stay focused and organized during long production runs
• Food safety knowledge preferred

Schedule

• Thursday through Saturday — longer production shifts, fewer workdays, and a consistent schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
