We’re currently looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships in the Houston market.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence by building strong partnerships with HVAC contractors and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
- Conduct regular outside sales calls within your territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Consult with customers to deliver tailored HVAC solutions
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Leverage business intelligence tools to track performance and identify opportunities
- Collaborate closely with branch teams and corporate support to deliver best-in-class service
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- or equivalent experience
- 3 years of outside sales experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and industry (preferred)
- Proven track record of sales success and relationship-building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
