WhatYou'llDo
In this role,you'llsit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and shopper experience, helping shape how customers discover and engage with Fiskars products.
Youwill:
Design andoptimizein-store planograms that drive sell-through and elevate the shopper journey
Lead development of merchandising and point-of-purchase (POP) materials that increase brand visibility
Act as a go-to expert on customer requirements, from packaging configurations to display placement
Support execution of the annual sales plan, including SKU transitions and inventory alignment
Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) to deliver customer line reviews that grow shelf space and market share
Manage projects end-to-end-tracking timelines, milestones, and ensuring flawless execution
Gather and analyze customer and competitor insights to inform strategy
Support and attend trade shows to bring our brand to life in the market
What You Bring
Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Merchandising, or Project Management
A passion for retail and shopper experience
Strong analytical and business acumen (Excel PowerPointproficiencyrequired;SAP a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Confidence in collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
Strong communicationskills and attention to detail
