Schedule:9/80: Employees work 9 out of every14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.

Position Summary
This role is responsible for overall quality engineering support on assigned programs, including internal quality performance, customer interface, supplier quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program quality objectives, timelines, and milestones
- Review non-conforming material (DMRs/MRB) and in-process rejections
- Support drawing control and configuration change (CCB) activities
- Conduct final product reviews prior to shipment to ensure compliance
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues
- Interface with customers, vendors, and internal teams on quality matters
- Analyze manufacturing performance and report on quality trends
- Lead corrective/preventive actions and cross-functional quality initiatives
- Support audits, ISO/AS9100 compliance, and quality system requirements
- Present findings and updates in technical meetings
- Support training and development of team members
Qualifications & Experience
- BS/MS (technical field preferred) with 8 years of QA experience
- or 10–12 years of hands-on senior-level quality engineering experience
- Experience working with electromechanical systems and hardware
- Familiarity with design, manufacturing, test, and evaluation processes
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO/AS9100, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience interfacing with customers or government agencies (DCMA preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with MS Office and general computer applications
Additional Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
- Flexible to work varied shifts, overtime, and occasional travel
- Able to perform occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with standard exposures

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role $82,500 - $153,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
