Experienced Automotive BDC Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and offering relevant information.
• Follow up with customers to nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up logs using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to sale.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals - 110 calls / 110 texts / 110 emails with a goal of setting 10 appointments per day.
• Provide detailed product and promotional information to customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment required.
• Prior experience in automotive BDC, automotive sales, internet sales, or appointment setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with phone and computer-based work.
• Familiarity with CRM - VinSolutions a plus.
• Ability to work in a high activity and fast-paced environment.
