Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly to support kitchen operations
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines .
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food preparation, bussing, and cleaning tasks within a kitchen setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace
