This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise field crews in the installation and completion of exterior commercial construction projects, including roofing, siding, panels, and related systems.
· Coordinate daily job site activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules, safety goals, and quality expectations.
· Review blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan and assign tasks.
· Communicate daily with the Project Manager and company leadership to provide progress updates and identify material, manpower, or scheduling needs.
· Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all Fisher Xteriors and OSHA safety policies.
· Inspect work for accuracy, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.
· Maintain organized job sites and proper use of company tools, equipment, and materials.
· Document project activities including daily logs, attendance, material usage, and incident reports as needed.
· Serve as a mentor to crew members—providing guidance, feedback, and training to build skills and promote teamwork.
· Represent Fisher Xteriors professionally on all job sites and with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman capacity.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or trade certification preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of commercial exterior construction systems and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job site documentation.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a crew.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient job site.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones/tablets for reporting and communication.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to work at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
· Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Work Environment
This position is field-based and requires travel to job sites throughout the region. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as project needs require.

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
