Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting tires and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to effectively upsell.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Assist with merchandising efforts to promote products.
Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
