As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our sales efforts in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Golf Turf Management and Landscape Management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers in the turf care industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including golf courses, landscapers, and lawn care companies.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Track and report on sales activity and pipeline progress.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the turf, fertilizer, or landscaping industry.
- Strong background in Golf Turf Management and Landscape Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical product information clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Base Salary: $120,000 per year.
