We is seeking an Adjunct Professor – Intro to Psychology for High school students, to join our faculty team during the summer term (8 weeks). The course is hybrid requiring two days a week on campus in Boston from 9-10:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and live synchronously on Mondays and Wednesdays in the same time frame. The course will be taught from June 15, 2026 to August 15, 2026. Orientation and graduation dates are noted below:

College 101 Program: Monday, July 6, 2026 – Thursday, August 13, 2026, 9 am-10:30 am

College 101 Graduation Ceremony: Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 9 am (Location: Fisher College)
This position involves an introduction to the scientific study of behavior. The introductory readings and lectures demonstrate how psychology emerged as a distinct social science. The following areas are studied: research methods, the nervous system and its relationship to behavior, the sensory processes, learning, cognition, testing, and individual differences. This course will also introduce more complex areas such as personality development, psychopathology and social influence.

- Master's degree in psychology or related field. Doctoral degree preferred.
- Higher Education teaching is required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle, and comfort using virtual teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
