Responsibilities- Conduct virtual consultations with clients
- Explain life and supplemental benefit options
- Help families choose coverage that fits their needs
- Build long-term client relationships
- Participate in training and leadership development
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
- Strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for growth
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
