About the role
- Build, maintain and coordinate all operational finance activities for Global Marketing divisional P&L.
- Partner with and challenge business leaders to build business strategy, key performance indicators and P&L management (revenue and margin).
- Serving as trusted business partner to key stakeholders (Marketing, Finance and HR leadership) who participates in daily decision making.
- Provide actionable analysis, insights, and recommendations to maximize financial performance, support commercial decision-making support capital investments.

What you’ll do
Planning & Reporting:
- Lead and coordinate the planning (budgets and reforecasts) and closing processes for Global Marketing.
- Produce and present high quality & timely divisional monthly, quarterly, and annual financials and presentation materials to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and comment on the divisional financial results including key performance indicators and metrics that drive the divisional performance.
- Drive change and lead transformation process to establish a best-in-class finance reporting function through technological, process, analysis, and reporting improvements.
Accounting & Controls:
- Collaborate with accounting / controllership to ensure financial processes and procedures operate within a strong control environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Own financial reporting timetable in liaison with Controllership and participate and contribute to annual audit for group and local entities.
- Evaluate existing financial control processes and play a key leadership role in the planning and implementation and/or integration of new or upgrade of financial systems.
Leadership
- Collaborate with the Finance Leadership team to develop and deliver finance strategy.
- Actively participate in the development of the finance team providing coaching and development opportunities for junior staff including one analyst direct report.
About you
- 5 years’ experience as a finance business partner or graduate of finance leadership rotational program with strong technical & leadership skills able to operate in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experienced and inspirational manager, able to mentor and develop staff.
- Self-starter organized and able to priorities effectively and work through ambiguity.
- High attention to detail with 'big picture' awareness.
- Compelling influencing skills.
- Positive outlook and generates enthusiasm and energy with a determined, can-do approach.
- Committed to continuous improvement.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, knowledge of Access Dimensions and Oracle NetSuite (desirable).
